Will I be running my own business?
You will be an independent owner and operator within the
Countrywide Estate Agents Group. You will have freedom to run
and develop your own business within the framework of the franchise
agreement and in accordance with the operating rules and standards
which are an intrinsic part of the franchise. How this works
in practice will be made clear to you under a Confidentiality
Agreement before you contract to take a franchise.
