Franchise terms

Financial information: All Master Licenses are offered for sale as going concerns. All financial discussions will take place directly between the vendor and interested party. The costs for a Master License are: • Xfactor receive 15% royalty of all Master License ticket revenue. • The Master Licensee is charged an annual License fee of £10,000. • The Master Licensee will be charged a £1,000 annual license fee for each sub-licencs granted by the Master Licensee. The Master License is for 5 years and is automatically renewable, subject to achieving and maintaining minimum requirements.

Master Licenses are currently available for all countries with the exception of the UK, South Africa and Australia.
