- The sale of Robinia poles; Robinia poles continue to be in high demand even in these times of financial crisis. The prices of Robinia poles have increased 12% per year, over the last eight years.

- The sale of biomass; biomass (wood chips) is made from that part of the tree, that cannot be used for poles or anything else. Usually this means the upper half of the tree. The prices of biomass have increased 50% over the last five years in Germany.

- The sale of the land; After the 10 year term, you can sell your plot. The price of land in eastern Germany has increased 100% over the last 10 years. The price of forest land has increased 300% over the last 10 years.
