Our concept is quite simple but more importantly very
effective
A Stagecoach Franchise
offers you the opportunity to run part-time theatre arts schools on
the 37 Saturdays and or Sundays of the academic year, training
children aged between 4 - 18 Drama, Dance and Singing. Most
franchisees start with a single school catering for 45 main school
and 15 Early Stages students, then open further schools once the
first has been filled. For the right person, it is a chance to
combine an ambition to have a theatre arts school of your own with
a substantial part-time income.
Stagecoach has more
than 600 schools in England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Germany,
Spain, Gibraltar, Greece, Malta, Australia, Canada and the United
States. Each school performs for parents twice a year as well as
auditioning for major showcase productions in a London
theatre.
The Market
The potential market is around 7 million children at present and is
continually expanding. Whilst there have been numerous copycat
organisations springing up in recent years, none come close in
terms of size, experience and quality. Indeed there is such a
demand that some centres have opened with a full register and a
waiting list.
New Territories & Resales
Stagecoach still
has new territories to offer throughout the UK. Similarly, we
constantly have established Franchises for sale. In nearly
all re-sale cases, Franchisees have run and built up the business
over a number of years, and for whatever reason, wish to sell on
the business for a profit and a change of lifestyle. Whether
buying a brand new territory or an established school, the training
and support you receive from us is the same – dedicated,
passionate and professional.
The Support
Going into business can be a
daunting prospect for some. Support from Stagecoach however,
smoothes the path and removes much of the stress. But it doesn't
stop there.
We are with you every step of the
way… from assisting in selection of the most suitable
venue… choosing the best teachers… publicity…
administration… etc etc… we support you in every aspect
of running and controlling your business.
Our Standards
Our standards are very high. The education that
students receive must be interesting, varied and totally involving.
Our students must look forward to attending each class and feel a
real sense of achievement.
Existing and past students are our best
recommendation and it is our responsibility to them and their
parents that their confidence and communication abilities grow
steadily throughout their training.
You will be provided with Operating Manuals
covering every aspect of running your school, which together with
your own motivation, expertise and enthusiasm, will make your
school a success.
The Training
You will be thoroughly trained to run a Stagecoach
Theatre Arts School. Our induction training course is comprehensive
and detailed but not complicated.
We have developed this concept to be easy to run
and control so that most of your time can be spent educating your
students and monitoring their progress.
With this in mind we are constantly available to
advise and support you in all matters concerning your students'
artistic and educational development.
