In 1982, a small pasta restaurant, created by seven Italian restaurateurs, sat tucked away in Pirie Street Adelaide. This restaurant quickly gained popularity and became an ‘overnight’ success. Within 10 years, their fresh pasta and sauces were being enjoyed in Fasta Pasta restaurants all over the nation.
The first Appetitos outlet opened 1988. After eight years of fine tuning the operating system and profitable trading, the decision was made in 1996 to commence franchising.
