Most other properties in this village pay electricity to the landlord who charges double the cost per KW.
I also have my own water tank with a pump and water leveller so when the village is out of water my property still has water.

This is a fairly easy to run business where you don't have to kill yourself to earn a living. Most of the guests staying (booked online or walk in) extend their stay. It's very chilled out and the guests reflect this vibe as well. The swimming pool on the property is a huge drawcard and most guests enjoy the relaxed atmosphere with a cocktail in the pool or sun beds on the pool deck.
