Upstairs there is a huge studio with a mezzanine floor which could be easily converted into a family suite for rental, with access from the "guests" side of the house.
The kitchen is professional standard and so creating a restaurant is one expansion possibility, beautiful location for weddings, baptisms, etc.
Another possibility would be to construct holiday-let cottages in the 4Ha (10 acres) field. The south facing field could also be planted with vines for the creation of a vineyard.
