There is also an empy room in the building directly behind the bar which used to be the refuse room and by law cannot be used for that purpose anymore. It might be possible to buy this space and extend the actual bar area into it as the building collectively has no more use for it and it cannot become residential.

Le Lavachet is a lively area of Tignes with thriving bars and restaurants giving it its own nightlife feel. All the bars are friendly and work together to get clients to stay in this area of town.
