Their current products are animated trailer hitch covers (Hitch Critters), ornamental truck cab mounted Deer Antlers, and electronic gift card keepers, and pet supplies. Their primary market is the 91 million truck owners in the United States who are also hunters, fishers and sports enthusiasts. They focus their marketing to the top 100 retailers in the U.S. such as Walmart, Best Buy, Target, Bass Pro Shops, Walgreens, etc. and have vendor numbers with many of them. Management forecasts sales to double in FY 2010 and the company to return to a positive EBITDA following the past three years of economic downturn. Advance Auto Parts, AutoZone, and the Army and Air Force Exchange are already identified as solid prospects for 2010 business. The Company’s principals have many new impulse buy novelty products currently under development. In addition, they have dozens of ideas for new products, which could be fully developed and marketed given sufficient capital.
