The business which operates nationally, specialises in filling envelopes up to A5 with up to 9 leaflets using its fully automatic Grutzmacher Challenger mailing machine. Any larger sizes are sub contracted to a nearby business and re-charged retaining a margin in the middle.

They also act as mailing brokers where they find business which process large postal volumes and arrange for their mail to be processed much cheaper than Royal Mail and take a per unit commission from the provider. Once these customers are found, all mail will attract the commission in the future while they are a retained customer.

The business employs the two vendors fill time with any number of agency staff taken on, on an as and when required basis.
